We are often taught that aging is a bad thing. It’s not -- even though you might feel like it is. Especially when you can’t figure out what’s happening with your body. 

But with a simple and doable life plan, you can meet your new body (and your new life) with strength and confidence. That's what Age Strong is all about.

I’m devoted to guiding women through midlife with strength, grace, and unwavering confidence — because I understand this season on a personal level. As a mother navigating my own midlife journey, I know the unique challenges, the shifting priorities, and the desire to feel at home in your body again.

And I’ll be honest with you: even as a professional, it isn’t always effortless for me. There are days when I’d rather not think about nutrition, movement, or lab work. Days when tracking feels like one more task on an already full schedule. Like you, I carry responsibilities, expectations, and the weight of being the person so many depend on.

Midlife can feel complicated but your wellness shouldn’t.
My philosophy is simple, refined, and deeply personalized. I create lifestyle strategies that honor your time, your individuality, and the reality of your life. No generic plans. No overwhelm. Just tailored, intentional support that meets you exactly where you are.

Beyond my work with extraordinary midlife women, I’m also a mother to two young adults (24 & 21) and a former professional bodybuilding athlete. Strength, discipline, and elevated wellness are not just my profession they are woven into every part of my life. I believe in aging powerfully, purposefully, and beautifully.
