I’m a mother of two smart and athletic teenagers. My son is 17 and quite the baseball player (shortstop and pitcher). My daughter is 14 and she excels at basketball. Given that I’m also an athlete, having figured skated as a kid and also played basketball I couldn’t be prouder of them both. Being a full time single mom though comes with much daily responsibilities, grocery shopping, laundry, meal prep, homework etc. all while working full time. And, even if you don’t have a family there are still day-to-day activities that have to be taken care of by YOU. I have a “no excuses” mindset and do all I can to accomplish much in any given day.
I hold my master’s degree in clinical nutrition, my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I compete as pro athlete in the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB). I judge for the National Physique Committee (NPC) and I write for several international publications. I have also spoken at several fitness expos on women’s health issues and achieving your best health at any age.
I understand the particular challenges most today face when it comes to trying to stay in shape while juggling family and career. It can be stressful and overwhelming. My job is to create an attainable plan and assist you in achieving your goals.
I’ve found a way to make it work, have fun and reach your fitness goals while keeping the rest of your life in balance. Allow me to show you how to achieve your best self yet, confident, strong and healthy.
Proper Mindset
Having the proper mindset is key to achieving any goal in life. Taking your body to the next level physically requires focus like no other. You must push yourself to be better day in and day out. With Linda's comprehensive program and coaching you will amaze yourself as to how far you can go.
Proper Diet
Healthy clean food in reveals a strong shapely body on the outside. Proper diet goes beyond just meeting macros. It's the food quality that makes the difference. Linda creates a whole food based meal plan that's easy to navigate and tastes good. Food is fuel it's that simple.
Proper Equipment
Understanding what equipment to utilize in order to attain the desired look you're after is key. Linda has a keen knowledge on which movements are needed using barbells, dumbbells, bands and other specific equipment to build the body you've always wanted.
