I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and have competed as a professional athlete in the International Federation of Bodybuilding. As a mother of two and a fellow midlife woman, I understand the physical and emotional shifts this season brings.
